Harassment contact person training

Target Group
The training is for all members of the association who are interested in creating safer spaces and events. The training is especially recommended for board members.

The goal is that after the training, you will be able to act as a harassment contact person at your association's or other community's events. You will learn how to create a model for addressing harassment and how to prevent harassment and inappropriate behavior in association activities.

Training Description
Harassment prevention is part of promoting equality and diversity within communities, aiming to create safer spaces and events. In the training, we will examine possible harassment situations and the appropriate ways to respond.
We will also go through how to create a procedure for addressing harassment within an association: how to receive reports of harassment, how to investigate harassment cases, how to act in such situations, and what the responsibilities of the harrasment contact person are.
