Finnish language course to progress your career

Target group This language training is targeted for members, who wish to work in a Finnish language environment well enough to manage as a senior expert or team leader. This course is not for total beginners, we expect intermediate skills (CEFR, B1) in Finnish before being accepted as a student. After enrolment there will be a test to make sure, that participant can be admitted on this course.

Aim After this training you - Can understand the main points of familiar matters at work. - Can deal with most situations likely to arise while working. - Can produce simple texts on topics that are familiar. - Can voice ideas and opinions for plans at work.

Description
Enhance your career by learning Finnish. On this course you will learn enough and develop the confidence to perform at work.
Topics on this course are for example:
- Emails, reports, minutes of meetings, cv, applications
- Ways to express one’s opinion, negotiate, express your agreement/disagreement according to context, frequently used phrases at work
- How to reply to critical feedback, how to say unpleasant things politely
- How to advocate for yourself at work

You can cancel your participation free of charge one month before the start of the training. If you cancel later or do not cancel at all, we will charge a participation fee.
